Hello, My Magical Friends,
Did you know that something as sitting and breathing mindfully can significantly change the brain?
Our minds and our bodies are connected. If we feel unhappy for some time, our bodies become weaker and more susceptible to illness.
Meditation is an effective technique that has been used around the world for centuries. People who meditate on a daily basis find that there are short-term and long-term benefits.
For meditation, you only need a calm space, a relaxed body and a clear mind. Many people especially beginners find it very hard to concentrate.
Having been practising meditation for many years I can say that one of the main reasons why people cannot concentrate is a physical distraction.
Discomfort and pain can be major distractions for new meditators. For some people, the traditional practice of sitting on the floor to meditate might not be possible because of physical restrictions and others just find the floor too hard to sit on for long periods of time
When meditating you want to be as comfortable as possible and likely there are some very helpful tools are now available, such as meditation floor chair, cushions and benches.
I have created a list of meditation floor chairs that I own, use and highly recommend to my clients and everyone:
With Love,
Anna
